• 1977. Established Refrigeration Equipment Trust company.

• 1987. Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Company.

• 1993. The first Vienamese equitized company with  its name Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (R.E.E Corp.).

• 1996. Launched the first Reetech products.

• 1999. Produced the first Reetech refrigerator.

• 2000. Launched Washing machine and the first Vietnam trademark Air- conditioner : “ Reetech”

• 2003. Received ISO 9001 – 2000 Certificate
  Launched the new product Digital A/C System.

• 2004. Launched the new product Modular Chiller System.

• 2005. Established R.E.E Electric Appliances Co., Ltd owned by 100% chartered capital of R.E.E Corp.,

• 2007. Chartered capital 80 billion VND
  In quarter 07,  Reetech acquired a mechanical factory from R.E.E M&E and a representative office in Hanoi and Danang from R.E.E Corp.,
  Equitized with the name: R.E.E Electric Appliances Joint Stock Company in September.
