WARRANTY POLICY
1. Under warranty period, failure parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge against manufacturing defects.
2. Warranty void for following cases :
a. No warranty card or warranty card is not valid (product model or serial number do not match with warranty card)
b. Failure caused by misusage against producer 's instruction of trasportation, installation, maintenance, electrical power supply .
c. User by his own repairs or changes the structure or serial number of the products / warranty cards.
d. Failure due to calamity, lightning, fire, corrosive environment.
e. Warranty has expired
3. Free warranty exclusion and service fee to be charged in extra.
a. Transportation to service centre from remote areas from the city
b. Fee for safety equipment to carry out service at high level & dangerous conditions.
c. Materials, and labour costs required to replace the compressor shall be borne by customer after the expiry of the first 02 years warranty.
Warranty policy :
a. Wall mounted type: 02 years warranty for air-conditioner; 05 years from the date of manufacture for compressor.
(Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase but not exceeding 3 years from the date of manufacture).
b. RMV-RCA system : 02 years warranty, 04 years from the date of manufacture for compressor.
c. Other Air Conditioner: 02 years warranty, but not exceeding 03 years from the date of manufacture..a.
